How do I use the Cisco Webex Teams Device to schedule a video conference meeting?

Answer

  1. To create your own meeting, go to ysu.webex.com and log in with your YSU email address.

  2. From the main page, click Schedule a Meeting on the right side of the screen.

  3. Fill in all the fields for your meeting details.schedule a meeting in Webexschedule meeting button

  4. After you schedule the meeting, you will get an email confirmation. Everyone invited will also receive the meeting information.

  5. Refer to additional YSU documentation, file: Webex Meetings.pdf, at the right of this screen
