How do I sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud on a YSU Apple or Windows computer?

Adobe Creative Cloud Sign-In Instructions for Windows Computers

To access and use the installed Adobe Applications on the lab or shared computer, you must first sign into the Adobe Creative Cloud. (If you select a specific adobe application before signing in, it will redirect you to the sign in page.)

Follow the steps below to sign in.

  1. Click the Adobe Creative Cloud Icon located on the desktop or task bar.

  2. Enter your YSU email address on the Sign in Page.

  3. Choose Company or School Account if you are YSU Faculty, Staff or general Student.

    NOTE: If you are a student who has received a personal license due to enrollment in a course that has been identified as requiring Adobe Creative Cloud Apps, you will want to follow this KB article for access Adobe Creative Cloud - Specific Academic Course Student Access. If you are not in one of these courses, continue to follow these steps. 


  4. Enter your YSU email address again at the Microsoft Login Page. 

  5. Enter your YSU password on the YSU Penguin Portal Page.

  6. You can choose to stay logged in for longer than a single session on this device by choosing Yes. This is recommended for personal devices that have a single user. You can also choose No and require login after the next time you logout. This is recommended for multiuser and lab devices which other users will also be logging in.

  7. At the top of the Adobe Apps Dashboard, select Desktop.

  8. Select Categories to narrow your application search or cick Open on the desired application.

    Note: If the particular application you need has not been installed on the lab computer, you can install the application without needing computer administrator access

     

  9. Scroll down the dashboard to the section titled Included in your subscription and select the desired application.

  10. Click Install.

  11. Once the application is installed, scroll back up the dashboard to the Installed section of applications, find th application and click open.

  2. Navigate to Finder and select Applications. Click the Adobe Creative Cloud Folder and click the Creative Cloud Icon. Or, follow step 3.

  3. Push F4 on your keyboard to bring up the applications and click on the Creative Cloud Icon.
