Stream to Atrium (1180) and/or Conference Center (3422/3423):
There are 2 options to stream content from the Auditorium to the Atrium and/or Conference Center:
- Lectern Laptop screen w/ audio from PC and room wired/wireless microphones.
- Press the 'PC' button on the Extron controls on the lectern or in the audio booth.
- Camcorder video (from sound booth) w/ audio from PC and room wired/wireless microphones.
- Press the 'Video' button on the Extron controls on the lectern or in the audio booth.
The monitor in the audio booth (to the left of the Behringer x32 audio board) shows you the video feed that is being sent out to the Atrium / Conference Center.
Now that you've selected the video feed you're sending out of the auditorium you will need to set the room(s) to display the feed:
Atrium LED wall:
- Locate the Extron IN1806 video switcher mounted in the small rack of equipment in the IT office / workroom (WCBA room 2238 (inside 2236 suite)).
- Press the '2' button on the front panel to switch to the Auditorium feed.
- Use the volume knob on the right side of the Extron INt1806 to adjust the volume of the speakers in the Atrium. It's helpful to have someone in the Auditorium to test the mics and computer while adjusting the volume.
Conference Center (3422/3423):
- The instructions to view the Auditorium feed in the Conference Center is covered in the KB article for the room:

Volume level controls:
Input Channel Banks: Set of sliders located at the bottom left of the board. These sliders individually control the volume level of each input going into the board. Devices can be individually muted by pressing the 'Mute' button underneath the desired channel. If a channel is muted the 'Mute' button will be illuminated red. See below for channel numbers and descriptions:
- Ch01 - Podium Mic: Microphone mounted to the lectern on the stage.
- Ch02 - Podium: XLR input (located on the side of the podium)
- Ch03 - Stage Right: XLR input (located in an access panel in the floor in front of the first row of seating)
- Ch04 - Center: XLR input (located in an access panel in the floor in front of the first row of seating)
- Ch05 - REVO LAV1: Revolabs wireless lapel microphone. Mic has a '1' label on the front.
- Ch06 - REVO LAV2: Revolabs wireless lapel microphone. Mic has a '2' label on the front.
- Ch07 - REVO LAV3: Revolabs wireless lapel microphone. Mic has a '3' label on the front.
- Ch08 - REVO LAV4: Revolabs wireless lapel microphone. Mic has a '4' label on the front.
- Ch09 - REVO HH5: Revolabs wireless handheld microphone. Mic transmitter has a '5' label on the front. Used in conjunction with hand held microphone.
- Ch10 - REVO HH6: Revolabs wireless handheld microphone. Mic transmitter has a '6' label on the front. Used in conjunction with hand held microphone.
- Ch11 - REVO HH7: Revolabs wireless handheld microphone. Mic transmitter has a '7' label on the front. Used in conjunction with hand held microphone.
- Ch12 - REVO HH8: Revolabs wireless handheld microphone. Mic transmitter has a '8' label on the front. Used in conjunction with hand held microphone.
- Ch13 - PC-L: Lectern laptop left channel. Should be adjusted in conjunction with Ch14.

- Ch15 - Catchboxes: Adjusts volume for both catchboxes
- Ch16 - Talkback A: One of the wired microphones can be connected to the XLR cable by the mixer to talk to the auditorium. Be careful if you have the monitor speaker volume turned up as the microphone can feedback.
Group / Bus Channel Banks: Set of sliders located at the bottom right of the board. These sliders control the volume level for an entire group of inputs from the Input Channel Banks sliders on the left. The groups are color coded to match the devices controlled from the Input Channel Banks (above). This is useful to 'Mute' a group of inputs all at once or raise / lower the overall volume for a group of inputs. Additionally, room speakers can be raised and lowered here as well. Select the Groups / BUS via the buttons just to the left of the slider bank.

Troubleshooting:
No Audio from Lectern PC:
- Turn ON the room system using the Extron controls on the lectern / in audio booth.
- Verify HDMI cable from the lectern is plugged into the laptop
- Verify lectern PC audio output is set to the Extron switcher in the Windows volume controls.
- Verify PC volume is not turned down / muted on the Behringer audio board:
- Input channel banks #13 & #14 (PC-L / PC-R) sliders and MUTE button above sliders.
- Group DCA #5 slider and MUTE button above slider.
No Audio from Room Microphones:
- Turn ON the room system using the Extron controls on the lectern / in audio booth.
- Verify the microphone is ON:
- Lapel mics: press the button on the side once. LED will blink GREEN when ON
- Hand Held receivers: press the button on the transmitter once. LED will blink GREEN when ON
- Catchboxes: The catchboxes automatically turn ON after removing from the wireless charging base.
- Lectern wired mic: Always on (no audio if room is OFF or turned down / muted on the Behringer sound board).
- Verify microphone volume is not turned down / muted on the Behringer audio board:
- View the Behringer x32 section of this KB to identify the sliders that correspond to the microphone that is not working.
Feedback from Room Microphones:
- Feedback is typically caused by one of the microphone volume levels being turned up too high.
- Identify which microphone is causing the feedback by looking at the meters above the volume sliders on the bottom left of the board (Input channel banks).
- The microphone that is causing the feedback will have a lot of lights filling most / all of the meter.
- Turn down the volume slider for the offending microphone (or press the mute button) to get the feedback to stop.
- Typically you do not want to go above 0db on the mic volume sliders or you can begin to experience feedback.
- Feedback can also be caused by using the lapel or handheld microphones off of the stage area.
- Recommend to ONLY use Catchboxes for anywhere that is off the stage area.
