What is Webex's LTI in Blackboard?
Answer
The Webex LTI is a link in Blackboard that your instructor can add to the course content. The link allows students to join Webex meetings, schedule personal virtual meetings with their instructor and view recorded Webex meetings . The instructions below will show you how to use each of those Webex LTI features in Blackboard.

Access the Webex LTI Link in Your Course
1. Navigate to Blackboard. Log in using your YSU credentials.

2. Select Courses in the navigation pane.

3. Select your course from the list.

4. Select the Webex LTI folder in your course content. (Note: Folder name may be different than the folder name shown below.)

2. Make sure that you are in the Meetings and Upcoming tabs. Select the Join button for the day's meeting.

(Situational: some students may not experience this screen) The course instructor may require authentication before admittance to the meeting.
- Sign in with your YSU email and password.

1. Access the Webex LTI Link in your Blackboard Course
2. Make sure that you are in the Office Hours tab. Select the date that you want to schedule an appointment in the drop-down calendar. Only dates with highlighted with circles have open appointments.

3. Select a time and click the schedule button.

4. You will see a message confirming the time and date of your appointment. You will also receive an email that includes the link to join your personal meeting with your instructor. Click Done to close the window.

1. Access the Webex LTI Link in your Blackboard Course
2. Make sure that you are in the Meetings tab and then select the Completed option.

3. Select Recording for the appropriate recording.

4. Select the link for the recording.

5. Copy the meeting password if it's necessary, and then click View Recording.
