Webex Classroom: Present Using Your Personal Device with HDMI Cable

How can I connect to the Webex Classroom with an HDMI cable?

Answer

An HDMI connection port is available on the lectern; however, an HDMI cord may not be present.  Due to the portability of the cord, we ask that you bring your own HDMI cord.

  1. Connect your personal device with an HDMI cable to the HDMI adapter located on the desktop.

  1. Using the touch panel on the desktop, click Share Screen.

  1. Press Preview under HDMI.
