How do you set up a new Webex room and get the app?

Answer

Webex meetings is available to YSU faculty, staff, and students.  Create your personal meeting space and download the desktop app for quicker access.

  1. Open an Internet browser, then go to ysu.webex.com.

  1. In the right corner of the page click Sign In

  1. Type your Full YSU email address, then click Sign In.

4.  When the online Webex web app opens, click Downloads located on the left side of the screen to get the desktop app.

5. Download the version for the device you are using.
