How to Insert an External Link in Blackboard
Answer
Inserting links through the link feature will open the video in a new browser window
1. Log in to Blackboard and access your course.
2. Select the plus sign where you want to add the link and select Create.
3. Under Course Content Items, choose Link.
4. Enter a name for the content item.
5. Adjust the visibility and availability settings by selecting the drop-down menu.
6. Paste the web URL into the field provided.
7. Optionally, add a description for the link.
8. Select Save.
