Question

How can you access Microsoft Office Suite for online use?

Answer
  1. Microsoft 365 is available in the cloud for YSU students, faculty, and staff.
  2. Sign in to the Penguin Portal with your username (email address) and Password..  Click the Microsoft 365 portal card to access the online version of Microsoft 365.

Penguin portal options

  1. Click the Applications Menu located on the upper left corner of the Microsoft 365 email window.

 

  1. A list of applications are available for use online.  Click an application to begin using it online.
