Voicemail: Report Voicemail Not Working

Introduction

Use this service to report voicemail not working.

Report voicemail not working:

Try the following first:

1. Cancel all forwarding
   • lift handset, dial #4, hang up
   • lift handset, dial #5, hang up
2. ​​Choose ONE of the following forwarding options:
   • Forward calls to voicemail when the phone is busy or if there is no answer after four rings
     • lift handset, dial *5 2034, hang up
   • Forward all calls to voicemail; phone will not ring at your desk
     • lift handset, dial *4 2034, hang up

If the above steps did not resolve the issue, use the "Request Service" button located on this page to report an issue with voicemail.
