<h2>Non-Standard Printer Request for Toner:</h2> <p><span style="font-size:24px;"></span>Please use the "Request Service" button located on this page to submit a request for toner for printers that are not contracted through our enterprise wide agreement with DME. In other words, printers that are not Sharp.</p> <p>Financial approval is required. An order via eCube will be placed by IT upon approval. The requesting department will receive a charge back for the cost.</p> <h2>Notice</h2> <p>In response to the recommendations from the Governor’s Task Force on Affordability & Efficiency in Higher Education, YSU has performed an in-depth analysis of printing on campus, which identified substantial opportunities for cost savings. As a result, we are pleased to announce an improved print management plan that will optimize print devices, reduce printers and print volume (especially color), drive printing to lower cost devices and provide a central store that eliminates the costly stockpiling of toner. Pursuant to these cost effective and green goals, effective July 1, 2016: IT Customer Services will be responsible for the acquisition and distribution of all toner for YSU-owned printers.
