How to Request Additional Print Pages

Question

How do I request additional print pages?

Answer

Every student, faculty, and staff member is given 500 print pages on the first day of each semester of which they are actively employed or enrolled in classes at YSU (Fall, Spring, or Summer). If you need an increase of your available print pages, follow these instructions:

How to Request Additional Pages

  1. Complete the User Application for Additional Print Pages form. It’s available from the Files section on the right side of this article or from a lab assistant in most open computer labs.
  2. Return the completed application form to the Dean's office of your college.
  3. The Dean of your college (or designee) will then approve or deny your request.
  4. If your request is approved, the Dean’s office will submit your request to the Service Desk for processing.
  5. You will be notified via email once your print limit increase has been completed.
