Question

How to understand the Basic Print Driver settings?

Answer

Select file in the top left corner within your document.

Select File within your document.

Select Print and choose the printer you will be using.

Locate Print and than select the Printer you're going to be using.

In the Copies section, check the box and enter the number of copies you want.

In Copies section select the box and enter the number of copies needed.

Choose either Long Edge or Short Edge for double-sided printing.

Choose either Long Edge or Short Edge for double sided printing.

Open Printer Properties, go to the Layout tab, and under Orientation, click the drop-down arrow to choose Portrait, Landscape, or Rotated Landscape.

Open printer properties, select the Layout Tab, under Orientation click the drop down arrow to choose Portrait, Landscape, or Rotated Landscape.

Open Printer Properties, go to the Paper Quality tab, then under Tray Selection, click the drop-down box next to Paper Source and choose the desired paper type.

 Open Printer Properties, select Paper Quality Tab, then under Tray Selection, click the drop down arrow and choose desire paper type.

Select one of the choices that is necessary.

When finished, select OK, then choose Print to initiate the print job.

Once done with everything select Print to start the printing job.
