Airtame Digital Signage: Add Content Using Microsoft OneDrive Gallery

Question

How can I use Microsoft OneDrive to add and remove content from my Airtame digital signage?

Answer

Notes

  • File types must be JPEG or PNG.
  • This article covers OneDrive and Airtame configuration.
  • You do not need to reupload the OneDrive folder to Airtame every time you make a change, it updates live as you add content to the folder.
  • You can use this in place of a PowerPoint or Google Slideshow, remove that content from your playlist after uploading your OneDrive slideshow.

OneDrive

  • Log in to your OneDrive account at Home - OneDrive.
  • Create a Folder that you will use for digital signage content. This folder can only have JPEG or PNG file types to work.
  • In this screen shot, I have made a folder titled "DigitalSignage" that I will use for all my content I want to show on the TVs.
  • OneDrive user interface with "Create or upload" circled in red, below that "My Files" menu is circled in Red, to the left is a folder titled "Digital Signage" circled in red.
