Question
How do I use YSD?
Answer
YSD is intended to provide external users a secure way to upload documents containing sensitive information. This process was improved in 2024, to provide document transfer through Microsoft to a department's SharePoint site.
NOTE: If document uploads are needed from both external users and internal YSU students, faculty and staff, then Secure Document upload can be utilized.
NOTE: If document uploads are needed from only internal YSU students, faculty and staff, then usage of Microsoft Forms is encouraged.

- Message for the recipient
-
Drag the document to the document box or click to locate the document on your computer.

Once submitted, a confirmation email is sent to the sender.
- YSU Departments can also receive a confirmation email if they choose to OPT-IN to this functionality.
