Bookings: Booking page shows time slots outside of designated business hours

Question

My Bookings Page is showing time offerings outside of the defined Business Hours. How can I fix this problem?

Answer

There is a known issue with some Booking pages that the system defaults to Coordinated UTC time. Depending on the interpretation of this setting, the auto calculation does not always default to the correct time zone. The best course of action is to manually set the time zone, in our case, Eastern Time.

To adjust the time zone settings for your Booking page, please take the following steps:

1. Log into Bookings and access the Dashboard of Booking Pages. Select the appropriate Booking Page Dashboard. In this example, I am accessing Mr. Melnik's Advising Appointments

2. Once the Booking Page Dashboard appears, click Booking page on the left menu.

3. Under Manage Your Booking Page, Click on the section for Region and Time Zone Settings.

4. Click the drop-down menu under Current time zone and select the desired zone. In this example, Eastern Time. Note: It is recommended to check the box next to Always show time slots in business time zone.

5. After making changes, scroll all the way up to the top of the page and click the blue Save button.

After making your changes, please visit your Booking page to confirm the offerings fall within the designated business hours.
