I recently recorded a Vidcast video using the interface. The video is playing faster than normal. How can I adjust the playback speed?
Answer
Right now, Vidcast defaults to a 1.2x video payback speed. To adjust this speed for you and your audience, please take the following steps:
1. Navigate to the video in your Vidcast Library. Hover your mouse over the video, click the ... icon, and click on Edit.
2. Next, under Default playback speed, change the default speed from 1.2x to 1.0x by clicking the radio button next to 1.0x. After making your selection, click the Save button at the bottom right.
