Can my co-workers see my calendar items?
Answer
Outlook calendars allows users to track and schedule meetings, groups, appointments and more. Users can also share calendars with colleagues and supervisors to share busy times, availability, and other scheduling details.
Share your Calendar
1.Open the Outlook app.
2.Navigate to the Calendar window by clicking the Calendar icon found in the bottom left portion of the Outlook window.
3.Click the desired Calendar.
4.Click the ellipsis located to the right of the desired Calendar’s name.
5.Click Sharing Permissions.
6.Click the “+” to add users.
7.Type in user’s name or full email address.
8.Specify the permissions to be granted.
9.Click Add.
10.Click Done.
Remove a user
1.Navigate to the Calendar window by clicking the Calendar icon found in the bottom left portion of the Outlook window.
2.Click the desired Calendar.
3.Click the ellipsis located to the right of the desired Calendar’s name.
4.Click Sharing Permissions.
5.Click the desired user.
6.Click the “-“button to remove the user. The user’s name will disappear from the user’s list.
