How do I set up a new iPhone?
Answer
Typically, you'll call the number included in the packaging to transfer service to your new iPhone.
- Power off the old iPhone.
- Call the included number to transfer service to your new iPhone.
- Follow the instructions from Apple below to perform the initial setup of your new iPhone.

Note: If you do not wish to use an Apple ID, choose Forgot password or Don't have an Apple ID? at the Apple ID request screen. Then choose Setup later in settings to continue without an Apple ID.
