Payment Options for Your Device
You have two convenient ways to pay for your device:

Credit Card Payment
Purchase your device directly using a credit card through the GuinsGadgets Online Marketplace.

Student Billing Account
If you'd prefer to spread payments over the semester, you can add the cost to your Student Billing Account.
- You must be enrolled in the student payment plan. Once your purchase is complete, the updated payment amount will appear on your next billing statement.
- If you're not yet enrolled but would like to join the payment plan, there is a $50 enrollment fee or alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount upfront.
Next Steps After Submitting Your Request
Once you submit your request for a laptop and/or accessories, you’ll receive an email with instructions for picking up your device.

Ongoing Support
If you require assistance with setting up your device or experience any technical issues during your time at YSU, visit the Service Desk. Support is available throughout the full four-year coverage period and in the event that a device requires repair, whether due to hardware issues or accidental damage, the Service Desk will provide a temporary loaner laptop to ensure minimal disruption to academic work.
