Advance: Request Change

Introduction

Request a Change to CRM Advance. This could include: enhancements, a new report or change to an existing report.

This service is considered a planned enhancement.  The Application Services Manager and Director are notified to prioritize and assign the work accordingly.  This type of service requires 1 level of approval from the Alumni Data Custodian.
