To transfer form data to email using Power Automate create an automated cloud flow triggered by a new form response, then add a step to send an email, including dynamic content from the form responses.

1. Create an Automated Cloud Flow:

  • Go to Power Automate and click "Create".
  • Select "Automated cloud flow".
  • Name your flow and select the trigger: "When a new response is submitted" under Microsoft Forms.
  • Choose the form you want to monitor. 

2. Add a Step to Send an Email:

  • Click "New step" and search for "Send an email". 
  • Choose your email provider (e.g., Outlook). 
  • Configure the email:
    • To: Enter the recipient's email address. 
    • Subject: Write a subject line. 
    • Body: Add the form data using dynamic content from the form responses. 
      For example, you can insert the user's name, email address, or any other data collected in the form. 

3. Save and Test Your Flow:

  • Save your flow.
  • Test it by submitting a response to the form.
