How can you access the Ellucian Training Center for independent study of Banner and related systems?
Answer
The Ellucian Training Center is available to authorized users to complete learning modules regarding Ellucian products: Banner Admin Pages, Banner Self-Service, CRMs, Experience, etc.
Sign-in or Request Access
The Ellucian Training Center if found within the Ellucian Customer Center. Sign in with your Ellucian Username and Password: username@ellucian.me. NOTE: The Username is the same as your YSU username, USERNAME@ysu.edu.
If you do not have access to the Ellucian Customer Center, sign up for an account as shown below.
Navigate to Learning Modules
Ellucian Customer Center account holders follow these steps to access to Ellucian Training Center.
- Sign in to the Ellucian Customer Center > Resources > Training to view all options.
- Choose topics from the header menu to narrow your selection for your business function: Banner, CRM, Experience, etc.
- Select the program from the menu by role or process.
