I am hosting a form that is time sensitive. How can I set a start and/or end date and time?
Answer
You can set start and/or end dates for responses to your form. This is especially useful for scenarios involving registrations, polling, balloting, and process specific deadlines.
To program start and/or end date and time, please take the following steps:
1. Access an existing form on your account or create a new one.
2. On the screen to edit or build the form, click the 3 dots (ellipses) at the top right, and select Settings.
3. On the settings screen, scroll down to the Options for responses section. Place a check box next to Start date and/or End date as desired. Select your desired date and time. You can enable one or both, they are not dependent on each other.
Your changes will now take effect. If your respondents access the form outside of the date/time specification, they will be prevented from accessing the form.
