How do I download a Word document template for APA 7th edition?
Answer
- Open Microsoft Word and select "New"
- In the search bar, type in APA and enter or click on the magnifying glass to search.
- The next screen will have two APA 7th edition templates available, Professional and Student.
Note: The 7th edition of APA Style has two types of papers: student papers and professional papers. Please consult your assignment or reach out to your professor or instructor to determine which paper format you should use. 
- Select the template you will be using and a screen will open for you to select the "create" icon.
- Once opened, the four page (student) or eight page (professional) template will open. It is formatted for APA7th edition with information annotated in the template to assist you in properly authoring your paper.
