Airtame: Add Content to Airtame Digital Signage

Question

How do I add and remove content from my department Airtame digital signage?

Answer
  • Log into https://airtame.cloud from your web browser.
  • On the left side of the screen click the Screens menu.
  • You will see a Groups tab with a list of every group you have access to edit.
  • Click on the name of the group you want to edit the Airtame devices.
  • You will see all the devices in that group and a preview menu of what is currently showing on the Airtame.

  • Click on the Airtames you want to edit, it will show a check mark on them, then click Edit Settings at the top right of the screen.

  • The content will show up in Looped Content, this will allow you to add to a playlist to loop on the Airtame.
  • You can click the X next to each different piece of content to remove it, or click Add to add more content to the playlist.
  • When you click Add, you will have a list of options to choose from, you can use Google Slides, or PowerPoint option to upload a slideshow, using the PowerPoint option will bring up a menu to Authenticate with Microsoft, you can log in with your YSU account and upload your slides from OneDrive.
