Installing and Updating Applications on YSU Owned iPads.

Question

How do I install and update applications on a YSU owned iPad?

Answer
  1. Make sure your iPad is connected to the Internet.
  2. Look for the application named "Self Service" on your iPad.

  1. When you open this app, you will find a list of applications that your iPad has access to install.
  2. Below the app, the button will read Install or Reinstall.
  3. Choosing Install will install the application to your iPad.
  4. Choosing Reinstall will either reinstall the app or update the app to the latest version.

  1. If you do not see the application you need as an option, please submit a ticket and we will be able to add the application to our self service options.
