This article contains instructions for students to download and activate LabVIEW on their personal computers
Open a web browser and navigate to the following site:
https://www.ni.com/en-us/support/downloads/software-products/download.academic-site-license.html#370467
Have the below options selected, but instead of clicking "Download", you will need to click the "Individual Offline Installers" link below that (right-hand side)
Next, Click Download on the screen below
Run the Install file from the folder it creates
Leave Defaults selected, then click Next
Click Next again
Accept license agreements, click next
Accept again, click Next, Next
Make sure the drop-down menu is set to "Enter a serial number". Enter H12X00027 in each of the text fields below, then click on "Activate" next to "Enter a serial number"
You should receive a message that says "Activation was a success"
Then click finish. Then Reboot
