Screen Share is a useful feature of Webex that allows you to share your whole screen, or certain applications that are open, such as PowerPoint or a Web Browser. Sharing an application allows privacy to those that do not wish to share their whole screen.
- To present, start meeting
- Connect audio and video
- Click the Share icon
and select screen or a particular application.
Note: If sharing a video, you need to change the default Automatically optimize to optimize for motion and video. This pulls the audio to the system so that participants can hear the video.
