How does one conference with two callers on an NEC phone?
Answer
Conferencing with two callers enable the caller to speak to two individuals simultaneously.
To conference a caller into an existing call.
1. Click the transfer button located at the bottom of the phone
2. Dial the phone extension of person being added to the conference.
3. When the phone is answered by the other caller, click the soft key on the right (one of 4 center keys) at the top of the phone to scroll to the conference option.
4. Press the button below the CONF display in the window.
5. Two callers should be present on one call after the previous actions are taken.
