This Service Request is only to be used if you currently have a YSU Loaner Device.
Equipment borrowed from YSU must be returned by the end of the semester in which the device was borrowed (i.e, Spring, Summer, or Fall). If you would rather renew your device for the next semester, please see the Request to Renew YSU Loaner Equipment service request.
Click the red Request Service button either on the right-hand side (desktop) or near the bottom (mobile) to fill out and submit the Return service request. Once submitted, please stop by the Service Desk on the 4th floor of Maag Library, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, no appointment needed.
