This Service Request is only to be used if you currently have a YSU Loaner Device.
Equipment borrowed from YSU must be returned by the end of the semester in which the device was borrowed. Devices may be renewed one-time for one semester by completing this service. Click the red Request Service button either on the right-hand side (desktop) or near the bottom (mobile) to fill out and submit the Renewal service request.
Students that have loaned a device for two or more semesters and part-time faculty will be assessed a service fee of $50 per semester for loaner equipment. This non-refundable service fee is payable online at the IT Loaner Equipment Marketplace by credit card or electronic check. You may also pay with cash at the IT Service Desk. If you are full-time Faculty or Staff, then no payment is needed.

- Dell 2-n-1 laptop (Touchscreen) with stylus and carrying case
- iPad with pencil, protective case
- MacBook Pro with case.
