How do I use the Penguin Chatbot?
Answer
The Penguin Chatbot is located on the Technology Support Portal website in the lower right corner. Click the conversation bubble to begin a dialogue with the chat bot for support.

Select a frequently asked question or type a question:
- Click one of the boxed options (frequently asked questions) - OR -
- Type a question into the AI-powered search of the IT Knowledge Base, then click Send.

Click Main Menu to return to the selection of frequently asked questions (shown above) or Go Back to return to the last prompt entered or selected.

At the conclusion of your dialogue with the Penguin Chatbot, click End Conversation and share a rating of your experience.
