How do you update your profile picture in Blackboard?

 Using a profile pictures in Blackboard helps establish connections in the classroom. Read our instructions or watch a short video for assistance uploading a profile picture in Blackboard.

Update Your Profile Picture

1. Sign into Blackboard.
2. Click your name in the navigation menu on the left to go to the Profile Page.
3. Click the pencil near your photo or avatar located at the top of the Profile Page.
4. In the Change Profile Picture dialog box, click the trash can to remove the old photo, if one is present.
5. Click Upload new profile picture to search your files for a preferred photo.
