How do I sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud on a YSU Apple or Windows computer?

Adobe Creative Cloud Sign-In Instructions for Windows Computers

To access and use the installed Adobe Applications on the lab or shared computer, you must first sign into the Adobe Creative Cloud. (If you select a specific adobe application before signing in, it will redirect you to the sign in page.)

Follow the steps below to sign in.

  1. Open the Start Menu and search for Adobe. Open Adobe Creative Cloud.

  2. Enter your YSU email address on the Sign in Page and click Continue button.

  3. Choose Company or School Account if you are YSU Faculty, Staff or general Student.

    NOTE: If you are a student who has received a personal license due to enrollment in a course that has been identified as requiring Adobe Creative Cloud Apps, you will want to follow this KB article for access Adobe Creative Cloud - Specific Academic Course Student Access. If you are not in one of these courses, continue to follow these steps. 


  4. Choose Work or school account again at the following Login Page.

  5. Enter your YSU email password on the following screen.

  6. Once logged in, click Apps on the left side menu.

  7. Apps are listed in the main page as tiles which can be installed or opened.
    The Creative Cloud Search at the top of the page allows for searching any keywords in Creative Cloud. 
    App categories can be clicked on from the top menu to narrow the apps to those in each category.

  1. Click the Adobe Creative Cloud Icon located on the dock. If it's not in the dock, follow step 2.

  2. Open Finder and select Applications. Open the Adobe Creative Cloud Folder and open the Adobe Creative Cloud Shortcut.

  3. Enter your YSU email address on the Sign in Page.

  4. Choose Company or School Account if you are YSU Faculty, Staff or general Student.

  6. Enter your YSU email password on the following screen. You may need to enter MFA 2 factor login if prompted.

  7. Once logged in, click Apps on the left side menu.
