Hardware: Computer Replacement/Refresh

This service is to request a new computer to replace a device enrolled in the Computer Refresh Initiative Program. The device must have reached the expected replacement date or been deemed needing to be replaced by IT Field Services.

The current standard issue options for employees are the choice between a Windows (Dell) or Apple (Mac) laptop. Additionally, a standardized desktop setup of a 27" monitor, dock, keyboard and mouse can be provided to you with the laptop. For more detailed information, please review the related knowledge base article associated with this request.
