How do I report emails as Phishing in Outlook?

Phishing Emails
You can report phishing emails with a couple easy clicks directly in Outlook (desktop application or the online version) using the Report Phishing button. The Report Phishing button will submit the email to our phishing tools and return confirmation on the legitimacy of the threat.
If you do not see the button or where to locate it, follow these steps below.
Locating the Report Phishing Button in Outlook
- Open the Outlook app on your desktop or through a web browser.
- If using the simplified ribbon, there should be a red shield with an exclamantion point in it.

- If using the classic ribbon, icon is the same but bigger and says "Report" beneath it.

Report Phishing Emails in Outlook
- Open the Outlook app on your desktop or through a web browser.
- Click on an email to open it.
- Click Report then Report Phishing to report a suspicious email.

After the Report Phishing button is selected, you will receive a verification pop-up that the suspicious Email was sent for analysis.

You can now click Close, the email should be removed from your inbox, and no further action is required from you.
