How to retrieve a Webex Recording using the Webex App or Online App?

Retrieve Recordings in the Webex App
Go to the Webex software that are located on any YSU device here on campus or download the app onto your personally device.
Sign in and enter your YSU credentials. (Same login as your penguin portal)
Go to the top left of the screen and click the calendar icon as seen below.
Click on "Completed" tab and it should bring up your past Webex recordings and click on the personal meeting room with a "Recording" tab in it
Click on the blue hyper link to click on the video will appear. This will allow you to forward it to anyone once you click on the share button.
Retrieve Recording from Webex Online
Another way is using ysu.webex.com to download the recording. Click on the link or type the website into a search bar.
Sign in using your YSU credentials.
Go to the left side of the screen and press the recordings tab. To download it press on the downwards arrow to download it.
Click on the download button to start downloading the recording. This will include the transcript as well. If you do not need the transcript, un-check the box.
