Webex Classroom: Hybrid Classroom or Remote Guests

How can you present as a hybrid class or with a remote presenter?

Using the Webex classroom, instructors may present to a hybrid audience or invite guests to present to their class.

1. Click Join Webex.

2. Enter your personal room space or other another meeting location from an invitation.
3. Click Share
4. Choose which device from which to share content, if necessary.

Wireless screen sharing*
For guests without YSU credentials or student presentations.
PC 1(HDMI) – Classroom device, when available.
Aux (HDMI) – Device connected by HDMI cable.
