How do I get the instructor station computer to show on the screen?
Answer
If you have logged into the instructor station in a classroom and the projector is not displaying please try the the following:
1. Press the Windows Key on the keyboard and the letter "P" at the same time on the instructor computer.

2. Select the best option for what you need:
Duplicate: Mirrors what's on the instructor station monitor exactly to the projector
Extend: Makes the projector screen act like a second monitor that you can click and drag separate windows to.

If these two steps do not resolve the issue, do the following:
1. Turn OFF the entire system by pressing OFF on the Extron panel.
2. Restart the instructor station computer.
3. Press ON for the room system.
4. Select Computer or PC on the Extron Panel.
5. Log into the Instructor Station. If computer still does not show on the screen,
6. Press the Windows Key and P.
7. Select Duplicate or Extend.
