Question

How can one navigate Blackboard Collaborate for videoconferencing in Blackboard.

Answer

Webex Education Connector (Webex LTI) should be used instead of Blackboard Collaborate for video recordings, synchronous class meetings, and class lecture recordings.  Existing Collaborate recordings should be transferred to Vidcast or Microsoft Stream.  Please see the related articles nearby.
