Introduction
Request this service when it has been determined IT-Application Services staff should either:
1. Process a duplicate PIDM(s)
2. Process a PIDM(s) identified as NOT a duplicate (twins, father/son etc.). This will remove the PIDM(s) from the GYRU001 Audit Report.
This service is considered as a planned enhancement. The Application Services Manager and Director are notified to prioritize and assign accordingly.
