Introduction

Use this service to report an issue, problem or failure with WebFOCUS (ie: Expired Password, Unable to Login, Job Not Running, Coding/Programming Issues, ODS/Data Issues or Report an Issue/Problem with WebFOCUS)

This is considered an urgent request, the entire Application Services development staff is notified along with the Manager and Director.
