Use this service to request to activate a network port that is already located in a room that needs activated. Please provide the jack identification number of the network port that needs activated. The description is located on the wall plate where the jack is that needs to be activated. (ex. 0804A2B02) If there is no description a network service technician will come to the location and identify the jack description.
