Troubleshooting: Forgetting a network

  1. Select the Wi-Fi symbol symbol along the top tool bar and select Open Network Preferences at the bottom of the drop-down menu.
  2. Select Wi-Fi from the left menu.
  3. Select Advanced located at the bottom right of the window.
  4. Select the Wi-Fi network you want to delete (YSU_WiFi), select the minus sign, and then select OK.
  5. Reconfigure which networks are connected to first by clicking and dragging the Wi-Fi network to the top of this list. We suggest connecting to the YSU_WiFi network first.
