Exploring the Wellness Portal for Faculty and Staff

This is an article on how to begin use the Living Well Portal. Key points accessing the health assessment and rewards

How to get started with Youngstown State University's Wellness portal?

1.   First login to the YSU Portal.
    

2. Then select Faculty and Staff in the left hand corner. 

3. After that scroll down and click on the Living Well Portal card.

4. Then begin your health assessment by clicking Health Assessment.

Note: This can take around 15-20 minutes to complete!

In this article you will learn how create your Living Well Portal. How to view your tailored wellness plan (after completion of the health assessment). Then you will see how to access your rewards and incentives and how to begin signing up for challenges to get started with your wellness journey! There are also some additional wellness communities and courses you can take also!

View Wellness Plan

1. In the portal click on: Plan for Wellness:

2. Click on View Plans for Wellness. Note-Your results are based on your input from the assessment. 

3. You can view your tailored plan under My Active Plans:

 

 

 

Review Points/Rewards

1.  In the portal, click on "Incentives and Rewards":

 

 

2. From there you can click on "View My Incentives Program" to view Incentives and "View My Points" to view points :

         

       Sign up for challenges!

 1. Circle back to the dashboard and click on "Wellness Challenges": 

2. Next you will see three options: "View Challenges", "View My Pals" and "Edit My Profile":

 

3. Under the Active Tab, View and Sign-up for available challenges!:
