Windows 11

  • Type Ctrl+Window + D keys to create new Virtual Desktop.
  • Type Ctrl+Window + arrow keys to view Virtual Desktops.
  • Type Ctrl+Window + F4 keys to close Virtual Desktops.

Windows 10

  1. On the taskbar, select Task view > New desktop .
  2. Open the apps you want to use on that desktop.
  3. To switch to another desktop, select Task view again.
