Q. What courses can integrate with GoReact?

A. All YSU Blackboard courses, Original and Ultra, are able to integrate with GoReact.

Q. As an instructor, how do I setup GoReact in my course?

Q. Is there a status webpage to check if GoReact is experiencing issues?

A. GoReact's Systems Details page provides information on scheduled maintenance periods and service level objectives.

Q. What steps should be taken to report or fix an issue with GoReact?

A. GoReact has phone, email, and chat support available.

Instructors can submit a ticket request in the support portal.

Instructors can access real-time chat support by going to the GoReact homepage and using the chat bubble in the lower right corner.

For internal support at YSU, contact the YSU Service Desk at 330-941-1595 or enter a ticket through the YSU Technology Service Portal. Tickets will be reviewed by the Service Desk and assigned to the appropriate department who can assist with issues
