Webex: Change Webex Personal Room Names and Links

This article explains how to change the display name for your personal room and personal room link.

How do I change the display name and custom URL for my Webex personal room meetings?

1. Log in to ysu.webex.com.

2. On the left side of the screen, click Preferences.

3. In the Preferences menu, go to the My Personal Room tab.
4. The two fields you can edit are:
   • Personal Room name
   • Personal Room link
   • You can change these fields to whatever you want displayed to the user when you send out a meeting to your Webex personal room.
